Lip Lift

A lip lift is a cosmetic procedure that aims to improve the appearance of the aging lip.  As we age, the upper lip tends to lengthen. This can lead to the appearance of a thin upper lip, minimal showing of the upper teeth while smiling, and a down turning to the corners of the mouth.  A lip lift is done in order to remove this excess skin, thus improving these signs of aging.  The incision is placed at the base of the nose where it is concealed nicely.  This is a surgery that can be done awake under local anesthesia or under sedation.
