Sharlene Doyle, R.N., C.P.S.N., C.A.N.S.
Sharlene Doyle, RN has worked with Dr. McCafferty for 25+ years. Over the years her role in the office has evolved, and currently she is solely focused on patient injections. She relinquished her office and peri-operative obligations to give full focus to aesthetic injecting.
Sharlene joined the practice of Leo R. McCafferty, M.D., F.A.C.S. in 1995 as the office nurse. When Dr. McCafferty opened the Leo R. McCafferty, M.D., Surgical Center, LLC, Sharlene’s role became Clinical Director. Under her direction the facility achieved Pennsylvania state licensure, Medicare approval, and National and International Accreditation with the American Association of Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF). She maintained the facility credentials by adhering to the strict standards of the Department of Health and the AAAASF, all while assuring exemplary patient care.
Sharlene’s experience with providing cosmetic injections dates back to when bovine collagen was the primary product. Her experience, expertise and passion for aesthetic injecting grew while being mentored by Dr. McCafferty. She has had extensive training and continuing education over the past 15 years and started assessing and injecting her own patients in 2006. She was one of the first nurses to achieve the CANS (Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist) recognition five (5) years ago.
Sharlene’s extensive training and numerous certifications uniquely qualify her to provide service with all leading products on the market. Beyond her qualifications and proven skills, Sharlene exhibits true dedication and compassion for her patients while delivering the highest level of satisfaction.
Sharlene resides in Jefferson Hills with her amazing husband of nearly 40 years. Her first full time job was being Mom to four (4) young girls under the age of 6. Once her children were school age, she returned to the classroom herself in pursuit of the nursing degree.
